  • Must have significant business knowledge and have technical expertise in which they concentrate.
  • These technical areas will include Java /J2EE, PL/SQL, Design patterns, security, Performance tuning. Details wise he should have thorough knowledge on Websphere Commerce 5.6.1, JSP, Servlets, PL/SQL, Basic and Advanced Java .
  • Good oral and written communication skills required.
  • Need to have very good analytical skills.
  • Provide overall direction, guidance to the team for the projects he handles.
  • Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, designing and delivering solutions.
  • Ability to interact with business partners (ITSS) for Requirement and provide suggestions.
